Maple Tea Toddy

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Collingwood whiskey
  • 3/4 oz maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Dash of bitters

Instructions:
 

  1. Top with maple tea
  2. Garnish with lemon disk & cinnamon stick


Jack Frost

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Parrot Bay Rum
  • 1oz Bacardi Rum
  • 2oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • Coconut Flakes to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend (in blender) until slushy.
  2. Serve with flaked coconut rim.
