FINAL CUT

This Grey Goose VX twist on The Sidecar is a rich but delicate martini that enhances the gentle sweetness of warm honeyed stone fruits found.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 parts Grey Goose VX
  • 1/2 part Apricot Brandy
  • 1/2 part Peach Syrup
  • 1/2 part Lemon Juice

METHOD: Shake and strain into a martini glass. No garnish.


GRAND GOOSE

This Grey Goose VX twist on the Cognac Champagne Cocktail lets Grey Goose VX take the starring role with a splash of bubbly champagne.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Grey Goose VX
  • 1/2 part Benedictine
  • 1 dash Lemon Bitters
  • Top up with large splash of Canadian Sparkling Wine (Henry of
  • Pelham Cuvee Catharine) - 4 parts

METHOD: Build in a Cognac glass with cubed ice, stir and garnish with one white grape on a Grey Goose pick.


CITRON PRESSÉ (Mocktail)

  • 2 teaspoon of white sugar (need to prep one bowl of sugar)
  • 1 lemon squeezed (I will bring the squeezer)
  • Soda water or still water
  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
  • Ice served in a tall glass
