Culinary Adventurer Christian Pritchard shares his recipe for a barbecue sauce with a kick.
Ingredients:
- 11/2 cups of Irish Ale
- 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup of ketchup
- ¼ cup of sriracha
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 6 cloves of garlic, pureed
Method:
Place all ingredients into saucepan. Whisk ingredients together. Slowly simmer sauce for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
