Culinary Adventurer Christian Pritchard shares his recipe for a barbecue sauce with a kick.

Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cups of Irish Ale
  • 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup of ketchup
  • ¼ cup of sriracha
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 6 cloves of garlic, pureed

Method:

Place all ingredients into saucepan. Whisk ingredients together. Slowly simmer sauce for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
