Hollywood’s biggest stars are set to descend upon Toronto for the city's film festival. Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak shares tips the stars use to stay fit and a healthy smoothie recipe.
 

Lime Light Smoothie

  • Makes: 2 Cups (500 mL)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen chopped mango
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 1 large lime)
  • 2 tablespoon nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint plus a couple leaves for garnish
  • 1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened soy milk or skim milk
  • 1 level teaspoon Metamucil® Orange with 75% Less Sugar or Original Smooth
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

Instructions

  • Blend mango, lime juice, yogurt, mint, chia seeds, milk and Metamucil with ice in blender until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves.
