Vegetable Pickling
- 500 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 lt water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 5 g pepper corns
- 5 g bay leaf
- 5 g fennel seed
- 5 g coriander seed
- 5 g pepperoncini peppers
1. Bring to a boil and let chill.
2. Put your vegetable into a sealable container.
3. Pour cooled liquid to cover and leave for a minimum of 48 hours.
