Vegetable Pickling

  • 500 ml       white wine vinegar
  • 1 lt             water
  • 1 cup         sugar
  • 1/4 cup      salt
  • 5 g             pepper corns
  • 5 g             bay leaf
  • 5 g             fennel seed
  • 5 g             coriander seed
  • 5 g             pepperoncini peppers

1. Bring to a boil and let chill.

2. Put your vegetable into a sealable container.

3. Pour cooled liquid to cover and leave for a minimum of 48 hours.
