An apparent case of road rage in downtown Toronto was caught on camera.

The man who recorded the video told CTV Toronto he was in a nearby restaurant when he saw a blue car cut off a white car near Dundas and George streets.

The man said he saw the driver of the blue car get out of his vehicle and run over to the white car, then drag the driver of that car out of his vehicle.

An argument ensued, during which the driver of the blue car allegedly accused the other driver of sideswiping him and driving off.

Both men returned to their vehicles. The video footage starts at this point, with the driver of the blue car running back to the white car and jumping up on its hood. The white car then makes a left turn and accelerates into oncoming traffic with the man clinging onto it.

The man then falls off the car, although he is seen starting to get up before the recording stops.
